I’m Tracey Gardner, a Reiki practitioner trained with Sirpa Gunn in the Usui Reiki lineage. I’m Usui Reiki Level 2 certified and will complete my Master training in May 2026. A devoted mum to my 10-year-old son and founder of the creative brand MISS MAIA who also dabbles in the art and rongoā of OG Rēwana bread making. I’m designing a life that blends creativity, connection, and well-being - holding space through Ignite Reiki for others to find clarity, balance, and their inner spark.

Kia ora, I’m Ani Nuku. I am a Romiromi & Reiki Practitioner and have completed a foundation course in Myofascial Release. My practice blends traditional and modern healing to support balance, release, and reconnection. I’m also the founder of Rongoānuku, weaving rongoā into contemporary living through curated self-care products. My intention is to offer a safe, restorative space to reconnect with your wellbeing.

Romiromi is a traditional Maori healing practice that works deeply with the body through pressure on haemata (pressure points), stretching, and massage. Your session begins with a brief korero to connect and review your intake form, followed by Romiromi, which is performed fully clothed.

Benefits may include:

* Supporting circulation and energy flow

* Restoring balance and grounding

Performed on a padded floor mat, this style of romiromi predominantly uses the practitioner’s feet to apply pressure, release tension, and move energy through the body. It’s perfect for those who like to stretch out or have a larger frame and allows the practitioner to reach areas that are difficult to access with hands, delivering deep, grounded pressure for a full-body release.
